Out-of-State Buyers: Out-of-state buyers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, titling, and registration fees required by their home state/jurisdiction upon registration.
Right to Terminate Listing: This vehicle is currently advertised across multiple sales platforms. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or cancel this listing and sell the vehicle locally at any time prior to the execution of a binding sale agreement.
Deposits & Payment Terms
Deposits are Non-Refundable: Any deposit placed to secure or hold a vehicle is strictly non-refundable, as it removes the vehicle from the market and reserves it exclusively for the purchaser.
Payment Clearance: Vehicles and title documentation will only be released after all funds have fully cleared our financial institution.
Transport & Logistics
The purchaser is solely responsible for arranging, scheduling, and paying for all vehicle transportation and freight costs. We are happy to assist your chosen shipping carrier with loading access during regular business hours upon payment clearance.
